At The Pink Foundry, we want you to love your skin and your products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your TPF account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Assessment

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoice documents for verification.

• 3.
  Package Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package safely.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
